Under our requirements mortgage loans must be secured by registered mortgage over land. Loans do not exceed 66% of the value of the land as determined by a registered Valuer.

The terms of each loan are for negotiation between the parties via our office. Interest is generally fixed. Loans are usually for one to three years and interest will generally be payable quarterly or half yearly. Interest rates are negotiated at the commencement of each loan.
