John Adlington

John Adlington is another of the partners of Power & Bennett. He was born at Castlemaine on the 16th January 1955, and completed his schooling there before studying Law and Commerce at Melbourne University.

Having attained his Law degree in 1978, and then having completed his articles of clerkship at the Leo Cussen Institute in Melbourne, John commenced practice with Power & Bennett in November of that year.

John became a partner in the firm on the 1st July 1984. His areas of practice include commercial and property law, including the sale and transfer of Businesses, and the leasing of commercial premises.

John handles all forms of land conveyancing and also has extensive experience in Wills and Estate administration and planning.

John is happy to accept all instructions in Conveyancing, Leases, Purchases and Sales of Businesses, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estates, Estate Planning, all forms of Commercial Law and Farm Arrangement matters.
